Last time my car was at a garage, they left one of my locking wheel nuts off a front wheel. I drove around like that for 3 weeks before noticing it. Found it in the box for the locking wheel nut removal socket. Won't be taking it back there again!

Apart from the head-on on the roundabout and a couple of terrible overtaking decisions, all those incidents was easy to avoid with the tiniest bit of forward observation.
