M3 CSL. Over rated over priced over hyped. Yes, i have had one, a low mileage minter some fool paid me £50,000 for.
Aren't they worth more than that now ?It's still only done 42,000 miles but 8 years of ownership hasn't seen the value rise a penny. A car is only WORTH what you can get in £££££ for it. Talk is cheap.

The blurry photo with a telephone number on it is hilarious. That car also looks like it has been dredged up from the bottom of the ocean. Grindle said:

OK, not strictly a car, but it's registration No 193ELW - valued at apparantly £25K
Intriguingly, the cars low estimate is now 10K higher than when it went to auction 3 months ago (but didn't sell)
It's a 1982 MB 280SL BTW

I don't follow prices of RegNos, but it seems a bit OTT to me Intriguingly, the cars low estimate is now 10K higher than when it went to auction 3 months ago (but didn't sell)

Had a Kona as a rental in Spain, pretty capable off road but absolutely nasty inside, dead Hyundai steering and a wheezy engine. The idea of spending £15k on one made me laugh, never mind £40k.

?????? not according to my trader mates, who’ve all pissed themselves laughing. If it was filled with gold bullion, it may get close.
Really good ones regularly go for £3k plus-has to have a combination (ideally a full house!) of reasonable mileage, good spec, condition and preferably a nice/Monogram colour though. Boggo, moon mileage ones that have been used and abused are still in shed money and below territory.Gassing Station | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
