It certainly appears to be. If you watch in HD you will note just in front the cam cars bonnet the flashing blue and red lights intersecting with his headlights from the grill.
If you also look they are approaching a road sign on the left and you can see the reflection of flashing lights on the sign as well.

He never shows any other inclination to move left at any point , despite huge empty areas of road to the left for most of the video. Strange then that he chooses that exact moment to change lines , and does so quite sharply.
Of course it's just possible that he didn't see that other car, but given the way most people seem to behave nowadays, and that he is obviously an MLM, I think not. He saw it, blocked it, screwed up.
I agree. Self centered, 'me first' attitude fail, he may think about his driving next time. Definitely. Was the first thing I thought after watching that clip. Stay in the overtaking lane as long as possible, oh someone's trying to undertake me, better cut them off..mickmcpaddy said:
