Ah that's interesting! Seems strange they can't make an exception given the money DVLA could (presumably) get from the sale..

The DVLA wouldn’t make any money- they don’t tax private sales of plates (yet!) so the owner would make the money, so no incentive for the DVLA

It's a great plate! Especially as it's owned by the Alston's Furniture family. They've de chavved recently though!



Love the dark green / cream leather combo on the Range Rover.

Decent plate but displayed the way it is, where the owner has to spell out the justification on the bottom of the plate makes it a crappy plate IMO, displayed as you have listed it, it would indeed be a good plate.

A few single single plates from the weekend & today - makes a change to be posting on this thread rather than the crappy one hehe

3 J on a Mercedes AMG GT.

8 B on a Bentley Bentayga.
3 G on an Audi SQ7.
3 K on a RR Vogue.
