I didn't know they did a supercharged straight 6,thats lovely.
Not entirely convinced on the colour though...
You didn’t know Jaguar did a supercharged straight six!?
You have a lot to learn.
In my defense I've only ever seen supercharged v8's in jags on here, so it's all you lots fault for poorly educating me by being selective on cars you post up!!!!
Ner Ner...

Well I’ve owned an e500 for 3 weeks now, and after all my careful checks before buying I must have hit something as the driver side rear is sagging and the tyre on that corner has a slow puncture. Called the local Merc specialist, they can fit me in on the 9th December. 3 weeks on the road, 3 weeks off, that’s quite normal, right? Just proves the spare barge system works.

Just been on the configurator and specked that particular one up.

Wait for it . . .

£217k.

£18k for two-tone paint. £18 thousand actual pounds?

Year 2020 pounds are obviously very very different from yr 2010 pounds. Sadly I’m still paid in yr 2000 pounds!
TUT How much for cushions before paint ffs lol

Forgot to say cushions seem to be included, so not so bad really. I’m considering it.

If the car really is fully inclusive of cushions, that's actually not a bad deal. You should go for it.

I’ve just realised how miserable things are when we’re all happy to find an old Volvo at “normal” money.

And a year ago, recent spend on this particular one excepted perhaps, this was pretty much normal money!
I am thinking about selling my 2000 Accord 1.8S with 70k miles on the clock - starting bid of £3999 anyone?
Well Mr Ocean Race won’t take a grand for it anyway.

Sneak a couple of cushions off the sofa when the other half isn't looking, stick them on the back seat and call it £217k.

Did you ask if it's still 4WD?

Old-skool barge alert, a proper Audi.

100CS

Looks very original but I’m alarmed to see it’s sitting at £3,300 with reserve not met. My radar is well off with these in terms of value I guess.

What a lovely old thing. Surely that’s got to be worth £2,500 to the right buyer. Errr. . .

That's unfortunate. Hopefully you haven't damaged the strut/air thingy

I like that but squint and it’s a Vauxhall Carlton (which is not necessarily a bad thing)

That is a lovely thing. Has anyone done a paper on the effects of COVID including a new desire for retro and classic cars?
