This takes some beating:
Parking is a bit limited round there - but using the footpath & a complete lane as parking spaces is certainly a different approach to parking
Does the signage on the fence / tree relate to parking?Parking is a bit limited round there - but using the footpath & a complete lane as parking spaces is certainly a different approach to parking
Edit to add: there is a No Parking / Clearway sign clearly visible down the road!

At least one sign refers to dog fouling - locals take no notice and you play dog-st slalom every time you go for a walk.Edit to add: there is a No Parking / Clearway sign clearly visible down the road!

The designated parking on the other side of the road is always full, so people park where they can - but the parking in this pic is extreme even by local standards.

I have OCD and no matter what I need my bloody van parked straight
Know the feeling. I see people drive into a car park at the same time as me and jump out (not perfectly straight, of course) while I'm still straightening up. I'm not talking spending 30 minutes parking but I'll often do a re-entry to straighten up - mind you, having an oil tanker sized turning circle doesn't help.Hooli said:

Problem is the Volvo turning circle is so big, you drive into a Tesco car park, find a free space, drive forwards with a view to reversing, reverse, tidy up, get out and find you've parked in Lithuania.
