Spot on Hyde. FOZ will be a Belfast issued plate at some time in the future.

The plate was FOZ 9 as I too initially thought it was FDZ. Was going to double check with the tax disc but car was parked with driver.

Record do indicate FDZ 9 on a black merc so yes, it was a butchered plate probably
