Tim's new V12 has me intrigued. All signs point to a 812, maybe a GTC4 Lusso but I'm holding out hope that he gets a SVJ.
My thoughts are that the V12 will be a stop-gap until his Mercedes Benz G63 is delivered; it will need an element of practicality for upcoming adventures/support vehicle. My guess is a Rolls Royce Wraith. TorqueR said:

The car in question will probably be a 2-3 year addition to the garage I would think. It's not a super-limited edition special to keep, but it won't move on quickly either. The G63 actually comes in June as I understand at the moment but basically these two cars will be swapped back and forth between my UK and Germany places (assuming that's still possible!).Shmee said:
I wouldn't hold out too much hope on an SVJ; too similar in purpose to the GT and Senna.
That's true and I remember you saying you wanted to buy cars that hold or go up in value, I don't think the SVJ will hold value short term and it doesn't help when there's rumours of a final edition Aventador.DBS Superleggera would be a nice surprise and great addition to the collection, guess we have to wait for the reveal.
Lots of vloggers around to film this guys shame....

I don’t go on general gassing much as I’ve got my own thread going on on readers cars, but another member pointed me here.
I’ve read quite a few pages and the general theme I find with vloggers is that they run a boring channel. There’s lots of videos of “should I buy?” “What am I getting next”.
I don’t get why they just don’t go out and buy the car without making a bloody 30 minute video of them buying it. Review afterwards.
And it’s very rarely something that’s not been covered on YouTube lots of times previously. I’m not bad mouthing any of them, they’re doing their thing but it’s all a bit boring now. And why don’t any of them do anything with the cars, take the general public out in them, do stuff for charity.
Is it too much to take some young inspiring teens, adults out in the Senna or the TDF? It’s not like they’re going to steal it or scratch it is it!!!

Fully agree in general but when you are a small scratch or ding away from going bankrupt because everything is on finance, its possibly a different story to you Pete I’ve read quite a few pages and the general theme I find with vloggers is that they run a boring channel. But you get what I mean though don’t you, you see what I do with my cars. I’m giving away my first drive in my DLS Singer when it’s ready. It’s just a car!!!!!

Of course I understand and what you do is brilliant. But dare say if I was juggling a big finance payment or had saved for a decade for a nice car, id be extremely protective about it compared to someone 'wealthy' in the traditional sense. I bet they all wish they could treat them as just a car!
Oh come off it. These guys can afford to obtain and run these cars, there's nothing stopping them doing the same things Pete does. They just choose not to because they're too busy with their handycam chatting on Youtube about the texture of their last jobby.janesmith1950 said:

Its expensive rental for a lot of them.
