Good result for you OP, well done for seeing it through.

For the casual observer it's a bit disappointing to see it thrown out on the technicality of who the claimant is rather than the merits of the case but hey ho, a win's a win. smile

It's also a bit disappointing to see the OP awarded a claim for 2 hours lost earnings, given that he'll have had to take a day off and has spent umpteen hours/days responding, researching and stressing about it. Presumably if he'd incurred legal fees he'd have been left even further out of pocket.

Good result overall though.
