Lovely car, naff plate. Net worth can be pretty irrelevant and shows a good accountant, or clever accounting Very well run companies run at loss for good reason.......the taxman Just look at the likes of starbucks.

Not great when trying to get credit accounts open for a property renovation business however.

I suspect they are neither wanting to borrow, nor wanting to sell. As intimated by others, declaring a large profit shows you have a crap accountant or just love paying tax.
