According to the DVLA, that plate should be on a black Merc though, not a white one...

Have we had "1H" yet? Spotted it today on a Rolls Royce Wraith in Belfast.

H1 was on a 2000's Toyota Avensis for years I believe. Must have finally been sold.

How much do 2x2's generally go for at auction?

I've noticed my year of birth and initials are at the next one.
As already mentioned, it depends who you're up against. See if the plate is already listed on RT's (and others) website etc. If they have a buyer lined up for it they'll be going for it.

Couple of recent spots of company bosses:

Hideous thing with a firecracker of an exhaust.

This one is clearly more restrained:

Or do they both belong on the "other" number plate thread?

Have many times spotted:

I TRY

on a BMW saloon on my way to work and always wondered if it was meant to be read as I TRY or ONE TRY.

Today I saw it again AND another similar within half a mile which was:

TRY 1

I really hope there's an interesting rugby related reason for these two and not just some tedious company or initials. Does anyone know?

Cotswold? That's disappointing news and a waste of two good plates frown

I don’t see it as a waste at all. But then again, I cannot abide Rugby.
