I am fairly confident that what we are looking at is a Vauxhall Cartlon funeral car (the matching hearse was quite a common option in this country for many years) with a Wolseley grill grafted on the front repainted white and decorated with pink emblems of the Browning firearms company. Other than the absurd nose, it isn't actually that modified - it is just rubbish.

Looks like an earlier pic, he's done some work on it since by the looks of it.

For those that hadn't worked it out, there's a Beetle under there somewhere..

I saw that car at Walton Bridge Breakfast meet a couple of weeks ago. It's a Beetle underneath the body and really is that low not on air suspension. Amazed that it got over the speed humps.
