No,never issued. The only time DVLA issues a Q is when the vehicles age/identity is unknown. I have had some issues with the number GRA 1G with someone placing a cap to cover the top of the first G....

Yeah but if it existed, this would be an old T reg I get what you mean about Q plate cars though

I don't even think they issue the current format with an Q's in the plate. I might be wrong on that though.
