I'd use the Yuasa checker

https://www.yuasa.co.uk/

Halfords recommendation for my car was smaller and not a stop/start system battery

Proper engined SL within a whisker of thread - MOT is clean (needs a brake overhaul and the fake AMG badge screwdrivered off) but worth a look surely? Someone needs to tell the vendor that his camera has another setting other than "wide angle"....

I'll also kick myself if in a few years if they rocket in value when big petrol engines are killed off. I'll hang fire for now.
They have already rocketed in value since I sold my sub 100k mile, FSH mint example for about £11k 5 years ago. The only reason I haven't got another is that it would annoy me too much paying a few k extra for the equivalent.

You sir have just pulled a cracker there, well done. Has the rare and expensive AMG kit and wheels which mine had. Also with the boot badge which makes me think they had that added at factory or dealership. Although the alignment of that one looks off.

I'm on my phone so photos aren't filling in the gaps in the text so I can't zoom in to see the spec. I love keyless entry and start so that's the main option I look for. Then vented massage seats are a nice uplift over just heated which that car is. Everytime else is pretty standard.
The main issue with that might be ABC so due diligence would be required. Overall it's a tempting car on the face of it and probably won't be for sale for long unless there's demon's lurking.

As a reader, but not contributor, to this thread, I am glad to read this.

This is such a calm area of PH, compared to some other areas.

I suspect his posts in appreciation of LPG got him a lengthy and thoroughly well-deserved ban. Maybe.

I couldn't help myself biggrin

One infers from the niggardliness of r129sl's update that there is a degree of discretion involved; it's on a need to know basis and we... (blankety blank blank blank).

Intriguingly, we also know that S and J are also the initials of a significant other... possibly a girl with tulips in a basket? Sara Jane? Seductress Juniper?

Silver and I hate the standard wheels. But not a bad price I think.

Collecting Cars, yes yes I know, spawn of the devil/really decent outfit have a rather clean non Lexus Lexus LS. May even stay well withing thread's ideal range:

Celsior (I don't think it can be said in any other way than "SELL-SEEE-OAR!"

Most importantly...

Can't see if it has overmats though scratchchin
