Declan Donnelly (tv twazzock) has just bought one for himself, but I'm thinking it's a bit of an old man's car ain't it? I mean if I was 55 and married or something, then maybe. But 36? Should be in a sports car if you ask me.

Fantastic looking cars with one of the best exhaust notes you will find. And the Gran Cabrio is the best looking car on the roads.

This thread should be renamed "massive misconceptions of vehicle age image"

I'm not sure I've ever considered Maserati an "old man" car.

I guess that image is there because typically you need to be old to be at a point to afford such a car?

Sports car is such a useless term, it means nothing. It's a fast, 2 door coupe - what's wrong?

I'm 36 and would have one in a heartbeat if I had the cash. They're depreciating pretty fast as well, not long now before they fall into my budget......

Well I'm over 70, so I guess I should have two.

I thought about a Morgan, then bought a Honda S2000.

If I hadn't spent so much on my mid life crisis, I may just have had enough left able to spring for one of those to treat my old age crisis. I sure would like to.

Beautiful cars, the noise, the road presence and heritage etc...What the hell makes that an old mans car???

It's a class act if you ask me.
