It's not a wind up. I have passed that car many times over the past couple of years, parked in that same spot. It's a pretty well known "Have you seen that MGF that thinks it's a Ferrari?" talking point in one of the car clubs I go to.

It looks more realistic when he puts the Ferrari car cover over it during the week.
