Might be alone in this, but to young for any of the above varieties!

Absolutely loved the VTS when it was released, never such a fan of the facelift with those round lights though.

I'd completely forgot about the Aston Martin Bulldog, what a machine. Shame they only built one. Cool colour scheme too.

A one-off special so not a production car, but couldn’t resist sharing Eric Clapton’s gorgeous 2012 458 SP12. Commissioned to give the look of a modern BB, must be one of the prettiest 2-tone cars ever. And possibly priciest at $4.7m...

Achieving a two tone paint job on a mass produced car must have been a paint shop nightmare what with all the masking and taping required; everything must have been done by hand.

Some of those are just large plastic side skirts that give a two tone effect.

A lot of 70s/80s cars ended up looking similar when the bodged rust repairs were undertaken, with a ride mark of Matt black paint!

So... No votes for Peugeot's recent efforts then?

Thought not!

I painted my old Stratos rep. two tone. This was taken at the PH, NEC show, some years ago.

A very striking design. You can recognise it from about 2 lines drawn.
I always think that looks like one car giving birth to another
It's just emulating what Bugatti have done in the past:

Actually, thinking about it, two tone paint schemes have been around a while:

Unsure if this one is a factory scheme or not.

In my youth, I would routinely covet two-tone Sierras, most notably...

Ford Sierra 2.0i GLS (complete with "dustbin lid" wheel trims)

Ford Sierra Sapphire 2000E
