Not really no, Japanese interiors are characterless. Especially so in the 90's.
I never understand the obsession some people have with interiors. To me it's a car, if it's functional that's it. Sure, if you're after a barge then it should be an a nice place to sit, but the reality is that once your sat in there I take very little notice of my surroundings. I travelled down to Goodwood once in a Bentley, the first 10 minutes was a novelty, after that I could've been sat in anything really. AdamAJP said:

The automatic gearbox somewhat ruined these according to some (very slow to respond - quite out of character for that engine. I might be wrong but I think the power may have been lower in the auto's also). Perhaps someone could confirm?RowntreesCabana said:

One arch in 22 years doesnt seem so bad, suppose it depends on what lies beneath but that is a pretty old car.
Well, that's the stuff you can see. I got rid of the Mk 1 CRV when I saw the rust coming through. I loved that car. It was epic through snow and just had charm, I mean buckets of charm. I even liked the previous owner's dog's smell. It was all nice. But, I watched it's MOT history after I sold it and the tiny visible rust spots led in short order to the suspension having no where to fix to.
4WS was on previous Preludes wasn't it?
Anyway, I love these - I can't see the dislike for the styling (on the ones with the body kit), and they are pretty forgotten and underrated. I considered getting one in my mid 20s but baulked at the insurance cost and kept my Peugeot 306 1.6 a bit longer instead. I regret that now!

And don't think you should start pulling the "I own better cars that you did at my age" line...You won't get far.
So out of interest, how did you sort out insurance in the end?

I'm willing to bet my cars were better than your mighty 205 XL, so I'll stick with it thanks.
If I'd sorted insurance, I'd likely still have the Leon.
It's going to come as a shock, but I'm not too fused what a middle aged stranger thinks online, let's take a look at how this argument will happen:
The same messages over and over again
You'll start sending snidier replies.
I'll then start being more condescending and sarcastic, with some moderate trolling.
One of us will get bored enough to stop replying.
Someone late to the thread will throw themselves into the argument after it's already ended.
I can't think of anything worse than wasting a weekend arguing with someone I'll (hopefully) never meet on a forum that was once hosted for car enthusiasts, especially when that argument is oddly based on the merits and demerits of my rather short car history (I'm only 18, should I be driving a 720s by now? :/). I'll stick to my opinion that I've had a pretty sound run of cars for someone my age, and I'll leave you to discuss what other people carry in their boot day to day (sounds exciting). If you reply with another dry reply about how my parents pay for everything, or some bhy question about one of the cars I've had etc, then I'll sadly assume you've really got nothing else going on at the weekend. So just save us both the wasted time and yet another thread wasted to an argument about absolutely nothing, and don't bother replying please. Tia xx
Edit: Hope my English was up to scratch

Secondly, you don't seem to know much about cars at all given your replies, including the one above.
And your English does need some work as does quite a few elements of your personality.
Over and out.
