Fabulous, nothing as easily parted as a fool and their money. BMW as ever, clearly know their market.

I like this in white with all the tat bolted on more than the standard car. As someone not in their 20’s or even 30’s anymore I would probably look ridiculous driving it. Don’t care. I like it.

I'd just like to know what we've done to BMW to make them hate us so much?

Even the new Type R Civic looks less Type R Civic than this....

Award for most predictable thread ever?

I actually like it more than the standard car. The standard car looks crap and half hearted. This looks crap but evil and hardcore.

I do agree about the exhaust though. I saw and heard it on an M3 the other week. Sounds awesome, looks terrible.

Well they answered the question.

Can you make the new M2 look even Sh**ter?

Where's my spoiler gone?

Sorry Sir, you didn't pay your monthly fee for having on the car...

Currently sat in the Westgate in Bath with dog whilst the ladies do some shopping. Even on my phone without my glasses this aesthetically horrific.

I would like a go though.

It's not bad, but I can't seem to like this form of the double kidneys and the exhausts. Even for the M3 sedan

What is the market they're aiming at? I'd have thought being in my albeit late thirties I'd be their target market. That's hideous. Is this what the UK market actually wants and I'm so out of touch or are we stuck with another market driving this stick on form over function tat?

This must be targeting a very very young market. Which is strange as I don't know any 12 year old's that buy cars?

Those exhaust just look plain ridiculous. What on earth were they thinking when they signed this off.

They did a similar thing with the G82 M4, I'm guessing they sold five so figured as the M2 is using the same engine, exhaust etc see if we can shift some M Performance "tat" to the new M2 crowd.

They'll love it

for us old people, if Tickford did a version of the M2 instead of the Capri, I'm sure it would look like this.......
I've always been a big fan of the Tickford Capri(it is marmite granted though). cool

This does seem quite OTT though...however I am getting on a bit now to be fair.

Cut a hole in the bonnet for a huge supercharger, fuel tanks in the boot and it could play the next interceptor in Mad Max that smile

Interesting, I saw a BMW last week with this sort of exhaust set up and was intrigued as haven't seen this before. I rather like it.

I actually think the weird stuck on bits improve it because they add some texture to the oddly blocky shape of the body - it's gone from looking a weird mishmash of OTT and bland, to just looking OTT.
