I think thats the point much like the Bugatti and the Aston one - 77 These are money no object cars, everything is taken to the nth degree of perfection personally given the money i would take this. Its not just about performance after all you can buy an Ariel Atom for £35k and it will decimate every supercar on the planet this is a driving work of art and i love the idea of branded 60euro titanium bolts if i could afford them :-. Mr Pagani is an innovator and a legend he is the Enzo Ferrari of my generation :-P
But if the puchase price is iro £1m, there's no way £150k of that is accounted for just by the bolts. The materials and labour cost for the carbon fibre parts can't be much more than that and then there's all the other parts, development costs to amortize and, most importantly of all, Mr Pagani's margin.I'm pretty sure there is a decimal point in the wrong place somewhere in that article. €6 a bolt I can believe, €60 is just ridiculous.

A wonderful sight. Thank god for individuality and in particular Horacio Pagani. For all of the people who don't reckon this car-you are all so sad. There is beauty in this car and the detailing of the alloy components is a feast to the eyes. Bravo

And too think I had to turn down my invitation to the launch in Milan today because I had to take my kid to his potential new school. I know family comes first but I really wanted to go to this event
Ah well I will just have to take up their invitation to a private viewing in a few weeks time

Streety, haven't you got people to take care of mundane things like schools for the kids.
mind you, with you having as much influence as you clearly have, why don't you show Horacio a picture of you stood next to a mustang. He will quickly realise that you are definitely his key demographic and will delay the car's reveal until he has had chance to personally show it to you.
PS, where are you on the times rich list, god i want to be you so much. You rock!!!
have to say I was expecting more in terms of design but maybe its cos everyone had such high expectations after the brilliant zonda. Could be one of those styles that will look better over time I suppose, no denying the brilliant engineering work though - front end just doesn't look as sharp or menacing as the zonda's,
