Can someone explain to me why this absolute disaster is meant to be worth a grand?

I am selling my banham x99 Audi TT replica, i bought this about 9 years ago and spent 100s of hours on it, but unfortunetly a house move a few years back and more projects and big building project means i have come to the realisation that it wont be finished any time soon, this is very high spec unlike alot of these banhams that are on ebay.
It was a 1.4 petrol but was changed to a 1.5 diesel, has electric windows, electric glass wind defelctor behind seats, recaro seats, vw dash with led display in middle, (most of which actually works), remote locking, led rear lights, rear boot space behind seats, sline front end with headlamp wash in (yes they do work aswell), hid lights, propper boot lid hinges off a passat rather than the mini ones screwed to the outside, the doors have a propper steel frame rather than the flimsy fibreglass ones supplied, tournaeu roof in good condition plus lots more which i cant remember.
I would say its about 80-85% complete, you will need about another 100 hours left to finish it.
Although it was always garaged it has been covered up outside for the last 18 months and this being a metro underneath now needs some welding around the front floors where it meets the cills, will also need, the little gear linkage on the gearbox as this has broke but might be weldable, does run but has no coolant in it so cant be run for more than about 30 seconds, needs wiring sorting out behind dash, needs door cards making up, i did make them up out of mdf but they got left in the wet so had to be binned, i have a set of audi tt cards that i used for the handles etc, rear mdf parcel shelf has sagged so will need replacing, needs a fuel filler pipe making, need a few tyres as they have started to split, dash needs covering, theres no heater box in it, i was going to put one in out of a mini but never got round to it, there is a hard top in gel coat which will be thrown in as well as loads of spares etc, finished in white, its ok could probably do with another respray if you were being pickie.
Cheap tax, insurance would be great summer fun or winter if you put a heater in it, 60mpg and still nippy as it only weighs about 800kg, shame to get rid but i know it will never get finished.
Viewing is essential, will need trailering, no a frames or tow rope bandits, this is a project, dont expect to just mot it and go cruising, most of the hard works been done but does need a good few weekends of work. Looking for a grand as spent alot more than this on it and are getting very rare now.

At least it isn't a derv, it has the 3.2 V6 but it also costs almost £10k..

Just spotted this little beauty on PH classifieds by a well respected *snigger* dealer in West Yorkshire.

I'm really not sure what it is trying to emulate st the front, Ferrari 360 or maybe?
