In mini-me news, she was born at 06:08 - 08/04.
7 lbs, 14 oz, and they're both doing fine.
I'm absolutely chuffed and this is quite easily the best day of my life biggrin
Great news LTA and congrats to all... My little one is nearly 16 mths old now (she was born 20 years after my first born..!!). Somewhat apprehensive to be starting again but you know what I absolutely bloody love it and you will too.... Enjoy..!!

Thank you, thank you.
What did you think of the 530i T I've bought?

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-E39-530-I-M-SPORT-T...
Looks crap biggrin

Haha wink

I had seen that a few times, thought it'd sold but then it reappeared..

Have you collected it, how is it?

You'd want to really check the chassis and engine over before laying any £££ out for that though
Erm, no, you just buy it, and worry about the detail later.

Especially if it means we can stop talking about stty 1.9 diesels.
Haha biggrin That is true wink

I have a strange hankering for a proper land yacht.

As it is Friday and the budget is somewhat notional, have another with a high body to cabin length ratio.

American Werewolf was on telly this week. Certain scenes in that were formative in my youth. (Not the Oscar-winning transformative scenes.)

As it's Friday, how about bit of (slightly over thread budget) glamorous French bargery:

I wouldn't mind this to park next to my Gordon Keeble and Iso Rivolta (or Grifo-not fussed which!).......I wish.

Fully optioned 300E-24; climate, electric/heated/ortho seats, cruise. Get rid of the Gangsta! tints, wash, vac and polish and we're off. Incredibly clean MOT history as well. Suspiciously cheap.

And here's a curio, an E220 registered 4 years after production ended. Absolute pov spec but manual with aircon means this one is likely to have been an Indian built model re-imported back to the UK (I think they were CKD kits assembled in India after they went our of production in Germany). Looks immaculate but MOT history is rather worrying.

That is truly epic, love it.
Where on earth would you keep it, though? Not sure it would fit down my street, let alone through my gate.

And, many congrats to LTA and the Family.

The new nanny?

Congratulations LTA, I was told that however much you think you're prepared for kids, you're not...although we had twins so maybe that's worse/better.
Mrs M is Irish/itinerant/ and so there were plenty of discussions with some dodgy sounding (spelt nothing like they sound) boy names.
Thankfully like Mrs LTA, she chose good ones in the end.

Is there something afoot here? Is there a distinct trend of those who choose the path of the Bargist, marrying folk of Irish descent?

Mrs Derventio is from Graigavon.

A very good price. Great find.

Needs re-ambering though.
It's £300 cheaper on ebay.

It was just as glamorous when I posted it last Friday wink

Off-topic, do you have any links with the actual Derventio? I grew up there (just over the river actually) and still visit friends and family when I'm allowed.
