Supercars spotted, some rarities (vol 6)
Discussion
One for the beards.
I saw what looked to be a 250 GTO this morning. It was looked to be gun metal grey, had the 3 air intakes open, the prancing horse at the front and sounded the part. The only things that confused me were that it has quite a 'whale tail' at the back and it was in Stevenage at 7:45 this morning.
Is there a gun metal grey 250 GTO in the UK or was it a replica?

Apologies for the terrible photo, spotted whilst on holiday in Portugal
Believe its one of 400 Fiat/Abarth 131 rallys built
Nice. I spotted exactly one of these for sale on-line at an attractive price in a garage in Italy. Loads of photos and certainly appeared to be a genuine sale, but it sold (or was withdrawn from sale) before I had time to get a flight booked to view. Much more interesting than yet another Escort.Believe its one of 400 Fiat/Abarth 131 rallys built

it's a nice car. Weird how few of the current shape DB9 and DBS I've seen. I am not a fan of cherished regs that refer to the car they are attached to, but that's hardly a significant detail.LotusOmega375D said:

That one is in Porto and from my brief look was in good condition. What sort of money do they go for?

Far better than having any type of Bond or 007 reference on the number plate. Euan94MX5 said:

I've lost count of all the ones I've seen around the UK, mostly in London but I've seen quite a few in Brum Gassing Station | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
