As spotted on an otherwise completely standard Jaguar X-Type...

...you know somehow I dont think those are actually Brembo brake calipers. At least, if they were they wouldn't of got the stickers on the wonk...
Excuse the terrible picture, but saw it again today...![](http://i.imgur.com/veWRi6Z.jpg)

Looked at the other side and the Brembo stickers don't even line up - there are more on the other side!

A Metro turned in to an Audi TT. The most amazing thing is that 10 people have bid on this on ebay. Although it's still only at £310!
The exterior looks pretty poor, but the interior shot makes me laugh. Standard mini metro.

Looks more like a Banham Bat (based on a Metro IIRC) that somebody stuck Audi badges on. iirc the Bat pre-dates the TT by a fair few years, that doesn't excuse the Audi badges mind. The exterior looks pretty poor, but the interior shot makes me laugh. Standard mini metro.

Blimey. That had me fooled. The exterior looks pretty poor, but the interior shot makes me laugh. Standard mini metro.

If it had an S-Line badge, it would be worth much more.
It's matt green with crappy, ill-fitting orange wheels, the suspension looks like it's collapsed, a few meaningless stickers have been thoughtlessly applied (mostly around the rear) and to top it off it has some non-standard knobhead boy racer dents. There is everything wrong with it.

hang on your counting the dents as boy racer modifications?Your opinion is now void

I'm not counting them as modifications, they're just a staple feature of a lot of badly modified cars.Your opinion is now void
You couldn't think of anything to say so you just made a fatuous retort. Your opinion is now void.

Dents aren't usually on badly modified cars at all, they are usually well looked after just the owner has missed the mark on what looks good (often by a very wide margin)
I could think of something to say, I wrote it and hit 'post' in fact you've gone ahead and quoted what I thought to say ?

Also surely most racing cars need posting in here too as they if driven as they are meant to be (ie flat out and on hte edge) useually end up sportting dents or some sort of damage

So why are they in your list of what you deem to be bad modifications?

Most of the ones I have seen are badly made and have plenty of dents and rust.Dents aren't usually on badly modified cars at all, they are usually well looked after just the owner has missed the mark on what looks good (often by a very wide margin)

Downton Mini, stop being fatuous; you have a very nice Mini, the dent on which was not gained from driving like a cock.

No need to look confused I was just disproving what you said previously

My MR2 has a very small dent.
It's otherwise standard, but the dent was from me driving like a cock, and ever so slightly clipping some tyres.
Does it belong in this thread now too?
If it also has matt paint or collapsed-looking suspension and naff stickers then yes. It's otherwise standard, but the dent was from me driving like a cock, and ever so slightly clipping some tyres.

Can you prove that the dent on the mx5 was done by him driving like a cock and not because someone pulled out on him or bumped him while he was parked and not even in the car
No, but it's not unlikely. He drove like a cock as he was leaving the car park.DannyScene said:
