At the very start, it suddenly swerves from the right hand lane to the slip road, seemingly expecting the hatchback to give way, or perhaps an very old grudge and suddenly noticing it. Road rage and very deliberate.

Ha, 9:07 is a rare example of triple-dickery - tailgaiting blue car tries to overtake at stupid place, camcar speeds up to block overtake; Range Rover 'negotiates' its way past traffic via the bus lane which may or may not be in operation, tries to squeeze past the blue car who tries to indicate and push back into the lane they should have been in before getting distracted and irate at the Range Rover, waving hand out of window while driving into the back of the camcar.

And the camcar has an L plate on it!

So driving to pick the mrs up E92 BMW pulls out from a side road without really slowing (just as well there was a gap in front) hammers it on towed the lights and then goes the wrong way around a keep left bollard (to get around the traffic) and through the red lights:
