I reckoned before, probably looking for drunk drivers there. And, there are way more than 1 junction if you include minor roads, houses and farm roads - together with the sawmill.

I've never argued that. I've argued that knowing only that he was doing 127mph is not sufficient to conclude the driving was not of a good enough standard.

The only comments I've made on this case are that it was night time and when I picture a piece of road on which I think I might feel comfortable at that sort of speed I picture it in daylight and good visibility, and that if you're going to argue that superior skills ought to be taken into account I think the skills that are relevant to road driving are observation, anticipation and planning - hazard perception and the driving plan - more than race experience or car control skills. I'm not in a position to make any more comment on this particular case because I don't have any more facts.
