Absolutely. I read that they are pretty good to drive also; all the positives of an E Class but a bit more sporty. Some people might find them a bit claustrophobic though, particularly if sat in the back.

A guy I work with has the Passat - mindnumbingly dull inside and to drive, inconvenient to get in and out of the back in a car park (longer doors and it's lower). A rubbish car - if you need a TDI VAG just be honest with yourself and get a Skoda.
