Those TP Link boosters are amazing. I use one for CCTV and gate control around 200m from the house and two more in outbuildings around 50/80m away, both of which have their own consumer units etc.
We have around 60-80meg on BT fibre in the house and still get around half that on the boosters wifi. Great kit for the money and once set up seem very dependable.
I’ve bought a pair, hopefully arriving this week coming. We have around 60-80meg on BT fibre in the house and still get around half that on the boosters wifi. Great kit for the money and once set up seem very dependable.
Fingers crossed I get decent WiFi in the garage 😀

Boggo double garage here, so no boasting rights, but I'm very happy with my secret workshop now I've got the lift working properly.
It went through the rotten Micra, but the PubKa was sufficiently rot-free to make its maiden flight!

This one I assume?

It's the normal width short one, but essentially the same I think. This one I assume?

One minute I want a resin floor but worried that it is only 4mm thick. Surely that won't survive a floor jack of any sort
We've had epoxy resin professionally laid in several garages now, as well as my workshop shown above. If it's properly laid it's mega strong. No problems at all rolling jacking dolleys or using my trolley jack that dents the driveway!

i am having to look at the standard 46cm deep stuff as my garage is only 5.5m deep.
When you speak of an 'island' do you mean a continuous surface along a wall, or do you mean an island similar to a kitchen island where you can walk around it?
I was thinking island like a kitchen to maximise the use of itWhen you speak of an 'island' do you mean a continuous surface along a wall, or do you mean an island similar to a kitchen island where you can walk around it?

Well done tuffer .. I hope yiu will be posting pics of it full. How will you be positioning them?
This is actually the workshop end which I will be adding some woodworking kit and some office space in front of the window (once we have put some glass in where those white boards are). Truck will go in the central atrium which sits between this area and the car ports, need tot fit some barn doors and stone clad the outside entrance.tuffer said:
