My opinion is that the Seat had been tailing the ambo for some time and the ambo driver decided to teach him a lesson by brake testing him, and that was the end result. I don't think the silver car had anything to do with it, nor the the junction on the left.
I am not sticking up for the Seat driver, he is a tosser, but surely the ambulance driver has better things to do?

Probably an old one, but this should get some posts going...

It's an old one, but I'll kick it off by siding with the Corsa, they looked to be going slow, then when he overtook sped up to overtake again. He obviously should have stayed in the car and let it go, but one of my pet hates is people who can't stick to a constant speed, I don't care if somebody is slow, or fast, but if they do a bit of both it's really bloody annoying.
This ^. Corsa driver is 100% correct. The dithering woman filming was crapping her pants at the mere sight of any gentle curve or greater, presumably because 2 wheels and greasy road, then as soon as the road straightened out she was off like st off a shovel, probably just as the Corsa was about to overtake, then slowed to 10mph for the next bend and whinged about the Corsa up her arse again. Corsa then overtakes and both of the bikers suddenly aren't bothered about the greasy road anymore and go in hot pursuit of the Corsa at high speed. WTF? Corsa driver then rightly tells them both what he thinks of their antics and the bikers get all shouty and don't see what the problem is. ??? Neither of the bikers should be allowed on the road imo.
100% Agree and the lead bike was indicating left which IMO encourages the Corsa to overtake. I could maybe understand them being surprised at an overtake had they not invited one but still, Corsa man is totally correct.

I like how she says she can't see. If you can't see where you are going then WHAT ARE YOU DOING ON THE ROAD!!!!
Agree as well. The worst kind of bikers. The moment they went in hot pursuit of the Corsa they lost any credibility they might have had up until that point. At least hold your hands up and admit what you're up to when called out as they were.

They represent a particular class of motorist who wants to enforce speed limits and dictate how other people should use the roads and who should really get a job in law enforcement.

Yeah seriously, as ridiculous as it sounds! I've seen it happen before in the tunnel out of Leeds to Elland Rd. A black Audi screamed out behind a passing ambo on blues on the dual carriageway and sat on his bumper all the way through the tunnel. There was nothing in front of the ambo but then he suddenly slams on about 100 yds before the M621 roundabout and the Audi ploughed into the back of him. Nobs can be found in all types of vehicle and ambulances are evidently no exception.

I expect that's what happened, given you saw it before.

I've followed an ambulance before, but I was on my bike, and it was a two lane road with a big gap in the middle so I would filter the traffic normally there anyways, still stayed back because people would swing back in pretty close to the centre line after the ambulance passed. But there was still a 206 glued to the ambulances bumper passing the traffic for about 400 yards, gave them the wker signal when I passed when they finally pulled back in.

Do we know why the ambulance stopped when there was nothing in front of it?

I can say that almost certainly it wasn't wanting to deviate to the left turn. I used to work about 200 metres from there. The first turn at the approaching roundabout takes you to West Bridgford, and the left turn is only a cut through to a hotel and the same road IIRC.

That silver car only had its left indicator on (or functional), perhaps the ambulance driver thought that it was about to pull left in front of him. Having seen the way people panic as soon as anything with blue lights on appears I doubt its unusual for things like that to happen. The other reason could be perhaps a vehicle in the queue on the left that we can't see from the camera position started to change lanes in front of the ambulance.

Love that, hope someone’s copied it for posterity when he eventually removes it.
I also love the juxtaposition of soothing music whilst he rages
That video is unbelievable! What the fk is that prat doing in the outside lane?
rofl

I didn't think he was serious, initially.
Some of the comments are great.

I love how he shows the previous minute of footage, then trims out a bit of it as it shows just how wrong he was.

Total psychopath, I'd love to know what kind of car he's in and try to find him... Bet I could get myself on video.

There's a variety of video's he's posted. I like the latest one where he spins his camera round to show a driver instructor doing something, which you can't make out on the video, then he camps back in the outside lane for no reason.

Is he crying in that video? It sounds like he's crying. That guy needs psychiatric help.
Armchair physchologist. Sounds like he's taken his own personal anger at the world/his life out on other road users and focusing on other road users rather than himself. He's 10 x more dangerous than the people he's filming. This is the kind of nonsense that leads to deliberate crashing into people in revenge.
There was another chap whose videos used to pop up occasionally, Chris MacArthur I believe, who used to also create situations out of nothing. Although after seeing this chap he's quite calm in comparison.

However, in one of his videos where people were trying to explain why he was in the wrong he mentioned that he has learning disabilities which is why he sometimes behaves the way he does. Now whilst I am not discriminating at all, if he's unable to see why he is wrong in all the situations he gets himself into, as well as creating issues where they wouldn't normally arise is he really safe to be behind the wheel? The same goes for Stephen Bagwell and his lane hogging, horn use, incessant flashing of his headlights and whatever other nothingness he takes offence to.

Depending on the learning disability he will of course have had to declare it when applying foralicense and it would have been checked with a doctor when he applied for a provisjonal

In this video, I think his angry flashing of the Mondeo who undertook him actually nearly caused an accident, as when he's about to overtake that lorry, you can see it has got its indicator on and starts pulling out in front of him then he floors it and blocks the overtake! If the lorry driver wasn't looking in his mirror as he moved out Mr Baggywell could've found himself with a squished car :/

Bloody hell! I think him gaining a squished car would be the best thing for everyone. 2+ minutes of screaming and shouting completely unaware that he'd also given a signal to the lorry to move out.

Then again he'd have to commute on the bus or train. I dread to think of the scenes he'd cause if someone pushed infront of him or sat in the wrong seat...

He's going to shout at the wrong person one of these days.

I do actually drive along the M66 fairly often, and I'm tempted to see if I can hunt down this chap and get myself featured on one of his dash cam videos driving perfectly normally and somehow triggering a fit of rage from him, and then counter his video with a shot from my own dashcam! hehe
