I do actually drive along the M66 fairly often, and I'm tempted to see if I can hunt down this chap and get myself featured on one of his dash cam videos driving perfectly normally and somehow triggering a fit of rage from him, and then counter his video with a shot from my own dashcam!
So funny you should mention that, I also spend a lot of time on the roads featured in his videos and I have the exact same thoughts! Mr Bagwells rants, to me anyway seem like what my dog would be saying, if translated, during a protracted barking and growling session when the postman, or anyone, including me arrives, same minimal provocation into maximum prejudice attack mode balance.
Watch it and imagine, and it doesn't seem so bad.
Like the dog, I bet he is all bark and no bite, I lift him up (the dog, not Bagwell, though that would be a good name for a dog) , open the door to the postie and the dog is like,
"Oh hello delightful uniformed fellow, what a fine day we are having sorry about the whole guttural I am going to skullfk you tirade just now, I get a little carried away sometimes, well, most of the time"

The same goes for Stephen Bagwell and his lane hogging, horn use, incessant flashing of his headlights and whatever other nothingness he takes offence to.
The last time he was posted on here, someone found his twitter where he posted a penis pic to a women online..WarrenB said:

I can't work out why the ambulance brakes there. Of course as the guy says there an ambulance so they can do what the fk they want but why brake with an open road in front of them. If it was purely to brake check the car behind them, surely they'd know the risk it could run in to the back of them and delay them arriving at their next job?

Mr Bagwell is a great name for a dog, preferably a little barky terrier.Watch it and imagine, and it doesn't seem so bad.

I've watched some of the Australian dash cam videos with as many incidents as the UK ones but very few crashes because when they see somebody make a mistake rather than drive into them they brake or take avoiding actionClip one is exactly what I'm talking about , you can see the driver of the vauxhall has no idea how to go round a roundabout but instead of hanging back and letting them get on with it (while thinking tt) he undertakes and causes a crash, definite 50/50 for an insurance claim

Is there a body in the road on the first clip? Hard to tell on the phone. Someone sent me this earlier.

Knowing quite a few of the roads he is often in the wrong lane and does seem to have a habit of accelerating to cause near misses.
