They don't come more bargey than a 6 litre Mercedes Benz.
Looks like ownership may prove "entertaining" though

Looks like there's a mound of dead Russian mobsters in the boot.

that saab.......damn thats one hell of a nice car - you just know it will go another 100k without breaking sweat...
In general yes, but at that boost level it won't go another 100K without shredding at least one gearbox. Abbot tuned turbos are notorious for it. Lovely car but I would turn the wick down a bit. E65Ross said:
I think he meant £100/month to cover £4000, £4000/monthly £100 is 40 months, so 3 years and 4 months, not 40 years....or have I missed something?
My fault, crossed wire in my head. I think I saw a post on a different thread and then that comment and linked the twoI confuse myself sometimes....

I'd suggest that's underpriced. I had a 2-owner 104k mile 9000 Aero which I sold to a Saab enthusiast via a wanted ad for £3k in 2006; they were rare with few owners and that low a mileage then, so now they must be rare as hens' teeth.Drove like a dog of course; torque steer was horrendous and the clutch was ridiculously heavy even when new. And the famous winged seats sit a bit higher than the normal non-electric ones so squash your thighs against the steering wheel. I was glad I had it, having enjoyed driving my father's earlier 9000s when I was a teenager, but I wouldn't bother getting another. Someone should buy that one though.

SAAB is lovely. But asking top money, isn't he?
More than, in my view. 3k tops on my spreadsheet And it wouldn't be where my 3k went either, nice as it is.

Obviously you'd want to remove the tow bar and patriotic badging, but it is rather lovely.

- Edit* - He's also seriously considering a genuine £1k offer. Please someone buy it. I'll promise I'll buy it from you in 2 years for 25% more than you've paid in the same condition...!
