Anybody won one of those car lotteries?

It would be nice and why wouldn't you, no concerns of depreciation since you set your return price/profit!
Of course, I'd definitely do the same. Spotted an Aventador SV on DCGs story last night - looking forward to that one coming up.
On the topic of DCG - they seem to always have a BMW or two up, but I don't see that many Mercs come up - wonder why?

Pretty sure the big prizes on 7Days like the GT3RS and the recent Huracan STO are the directors cars - if you look at their personal Instagrams, it looks like they buy these cars, run them for a few months and then raffle them off. Must be nice!
Aye fair enough, I dont blame them then as I'd do the same.Noticed Rev Comps live draw went offline due to technical issues. Did they get it back online again or just do it as an auto draw?

As soon as they went offline they closed all draws so the main prizes still has 1500+ tickets unsold while they sorted their tech issues to prevent people saying it was a stall tactic, the did come back on after a bit and completed the draws live.If you go to their facebook page you can view the 2nd half of the live draw.

Thats exactly why I've started doing postal entries, I was spending a bit too much, I had a decent win on a villa holiday and it spured me on to go a bit harder, I couldn't have justified entering the Focus at £42.99 however (£0.81 per entry / 75p stamp + 6p postcard) is much more palatable.
Are there instructions on the websites for what a postal entry has to contain for it to be accepted into the draw? Spooky_EMC2 said:

What’s the turnover and profits for DCG ?
Must be a decent career.
Buying and selling with a twist.
With all these companies I expect there is a lot of personal outlay and incredible risk to get established. I recall both Rev Comps and 7-Days had a draw error that resulted in giving the same prize to two people... and they honoured it by finding an almost identical vehicle. That would give them a huge credibility boost for sure... but a huge loss. Can't remember what the 7-days vehicle was but pretty sure the Rev Comps car was a new-ish M2, M3 or M4Must be a decent career.

The Rev Comps draw when they got the number wrong and it was pointed out by people watching the live stream and phoned up the wrong winner on holiday and then sourced another one for the actual winner was a new Yamaha Tracer 9 or 900GT (They changed the model name when the bike was extensively updated).

The original one was a BMW I think an M4, I was watching the draw and it was one of their first few draws, the old ball machine got stuck because there was so many numbers in it so after some negative comments they done another draw so gave away two cars. I remember it clearly as it’s what made me think these guys are honest and I’ve stuck with them since but still to win a car!

That was one of them, had wrong entry list open. There was another back in their first few months in 2019 I think... the ping pong ball machine they had at the time accidentally spat out 2 numbers on a BMW M-series car... and they honoured both. There was another one too with a cheap punt car where Robbie typed in the wrong number and called the wrong person so they gave 2 cars away.
