It’s an older X6, about 2010-ish. The rear view’s even worse, if that’s possible. Like all the current and previous X range, ill proportioned and clumsy looking.

It's not dirty,it's a shady effect over all the digit area.
No idea about the "message" on the bottom.
ETA Just looked closer,it says SEXY in a scribbled way,all over the plate.
