For what you get that’s cheap! If he’ll include the weather to drive it I think we have a deal.

Interestingly it is producing the same hp as an original 37. Not sure an s/c would fit that Mg 1500 but if so then it would (sort of) turn it into a 37A rep. Tres bon

You'd need the whine, even though it's pretty correct for a 37 re output etc. and I bet it flies along, you'd need the whine.

A 37 wouldn’t have whined, a 37A would have.

But yes, an s/c whine is a fantastic noise.

I’d love a few days in something from Ivan, truly epic motoring.

In other news some new additions for the GT3…

New boots and panties.

I had a day with this rep a few years ago, properly quick and no grip equalled lots of fun -

Did they employ J. K. Rowling to write that advert? Biggest load of b*llocks i've read in a long time, and I used to sell cars for a living!

Funniest of all is I had a car that exact specification for a couple of months when the 996 deliveries, however the bit I never knew was the car was a 'factory race car' - felt just like a 911 road car to me.

Some very nice E34 content there folks

Re E36s, if I ever did buy one again I think it would have to be a Touring, ideally either a 328i Sport in Techno or a B3/B8 in Alpina Green. Have to admit while I’m not necessarily regretting the B5 RS4 I sold last year, I do miss having a quick estate or saloon in my life for the first time in a decade or so

This was my 328i I sold late last year.

Lovely - looks similar to one me old man had in the 90s, a 1996 328i Touring in Boston Green with caramel leather. Him and me mum both thought it was the best of 17+ BMWs they had.

He liked it that much he borrowed an M3 Evo and couldn't see the improvement over his 328i unless he was absolutely hammering it. Admittedly I did go out in it when he was hammering the Evo and it was mighty impressive, but the 328i was nicer day to day.

They got up over £120k. They were around £40k in 2014 when I looked, but bought something else, as you know.

The spec is exciting stuff, but I don't possess the driving talent necessary to drive one with any serious intent without bending it (a common trait I reckon - I wonder how many are pranged?), some scenery and most probably myself.
Your other choice was lovely too!

Indeed… of all 911’s, I reckon a 996 GT2 is probably the 911 most likely to kill its driver.
993 GT2 was the one which got the proper widowmaker moniker I thought

the difference in values between 993 GT2 and 996 GT2 is hilarious.
