In Crewe most of the town car parks, including the main ASDA car park, are owned by the Local Council who like to charge extorsionate rates for you to park.
They have a herd of parking inspectors who, if you park with a wheel over the line of a parking space, issue parking fines.
Bad pasking in Crewe tends to be restricted to the Teco and B&Q car parks.

Sorry, boring post.........a bit like Crewe.

The guy parking at my local Tesco Express got out of the car, looked how badly it was parked and then walked off!

(and yes, it was half way over the second space on the drivers side)

Those low rails are a menace, you struggle to see them whether you drive or reverse in.

Must have been very early in the morning. Never see that many of those open at once in that car park. He is taking the Michael somewhat though....

Thats unreal.

Wouldnt want to say anything to the drivers though. They are probably the types who would bury you in a camp site somewhere..

Absolutely. Just the right height to catch a door on!

I've no passenger wing mirror on my MX5 at the moment, it makes it surprisingly difficult to park/manoeuvre anywhere!

It's no excuse, as that's not great parking.

However, LWB panel vans don't fit very well in normal parking spaces.

To be fair, the space to the left is dead space, and its a long van so likely about as par in as possible without taking up 2 spaces.

From Germany;
Parked in the middle of a petrol station, which was busy, 5 of them jumped out and went for a small shopping spree in the forecourt shop.
There was a large empty car park for the services just ahead to the right!

ETA; we were there first then it pulled up in front of us and parked while we were at the pump.

How selfish - plenty of parking on the right, but due to this tw*t now no one can use the designated spaces.

Well they still could, then phone the police and get it towed.

I would have parked there on purpose.

No pic but just seen an unbelievable display!

Sat at traffic lights in town on the one way, in front of me is a Police Car, the lane to my left is a bus lane. Lights still on red and down the bus lane comes a man in a van, drives straight down the bus lane, through the changed to amber by a nanosecond light and pulls up outside the pie shop, in the bus lane, on double yellows.

Police car? Just carries on and turns off towards Police Station. Makes you wonder what it is you have to do to get traffic coppers interested round these parts.
