I'm about to spend between eleven and fourteen hours in a 2002 Skoda Fabia 1.4
The things we do for our project cars.
Have you got the 8v or 16v example? The things we do for our project cars.
I couldn't get much further South without getting my feet wet.

I used to have a neighbor who had a Ford Cortina shape P100
He was a very careful driver would clean, polish every weekend and maintained the service history just as diligently. People use to offer him scrap money for it as banger racers do and several people tried to steal it as banger racers who get turned down do. One day a couple of years ago he asked me "how much do you think it's worth?" and I jokingly suggested £5,000
"So I did alright selling it for £12,500 then".
This Fiorino reminds me of that guy...
...and could just about be the tidiest Fiat (over ten years old) I have ever seen.

After seeing this appear on my facebook feed from Toyota it brings me back to how I loved the car in Gran Turismo.

If it had the TRD3000GT bodykit on it, then it'd look so much better. That one looks awful, as do the wheels.http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/t...
Plus the actual racer never had PlayStation 2 sponsorship or a few of the others so not for me.
I'm with you on the GT nostalgia though. I've spent the last few weeks playing through GT and GT2 just for kicks, still brilliant games.

Eight valve. Got close to 60mpg out of the old girl.

I have an 8v example - served me well for 13,000 miles and on a long m/way run I got mid-50's mpg. I still derive a childish joy from exploring the rev range on slip roads whilst not troubling the speed limits. I couldn't get much further South without getting my feet wet.

Not usually a fan of Japanese cars, but I can't get this out of my head...
