R8 are HUGELY colour sensitive and most of them appear to be in some combination of white/grey/black/silver - red is almost unusual (although the coded-blade does make it look like a TT).

If I were having a car wrapped, I'd at least choose a colour no-one else had/Audi didn't do as standard - and as they seem to offer an endless range of black-thru-whites I'd avoid those.

Chrome Orange or Lime Green then - with the blades in black carbonfibre

I can't seem to find that thread, but isn't the only bit of grey that isn't carbon fibre the stripe on the doors? I'm sure I remember an orange M3 with carbon front wings...
