The way my interior light comes on when I unlock the car, the ease of the cruise control, flick it to on, lift the stalk once, on.
The way the heater/air con controls are a fingertip close in 1st and third.
Soft touch indicators & The way that the indicators flash rapidly when something on the car isn't closed.
The trip computer button, located on the end of the wiper stalk, so easy to get to and quickly check out the trip distance, range, and mpg.

Oh yeah, if you put it in reverse and it senses the rear window is wet (even if the wiper is not already on) it gives it a couple of wipes so you can see where you're going.
What car?Pretty sure most do it in the dry too, no sensor.
That's the thing - it doesn't do it if the window is dry, so it doesn't ruin the wiper or leave a dirty streak on the window. Clever.
In the V70 it was; the parking ticket clip, the puddle lights in the door mirrors, the auto-dim rear view mirror, and the picnic table for rear seat passengers.
In the GD Jazz it was; the radio on/off volume button was on the right so it fell just beneath your left hand and negated needing wheel controls for audio control (being a compact car helps), it also had a light to illuminate the centre console low down to find change etc.
In the E46 compact; the clever parcel shelf that offered either a holdall, or hangers for shopping bags, or a conventional shelf.
In the CX7; the look of sympathy/pity from the forecourt staff on recognising a regular customer.
