Unusual loads in PH-worthy cars!
Discussion
Wish I had photos, but it was a few years ago now. I moved to new house share in a Metro in 1997. Had a fridge, TV, 5ft x 3ft desk top and all my worldly possessions inside and my mountain bike on a rear rack outside. The desk top slid vertically behind the front seats as they were slid forward. I was cocooned amongst my things. Was a long journey from Edinburgh to Shrewsbury. Still one of the most fun cars I have owned. Smile on my face every time I found some twisties.

Not to crazy a load but dam, I need to know more about that Honda beat. Looks like a riot!
It's a mental little thing. Redline circa 9000rpm and not a lot of torque or power, so you need to work it. It's as hideous on the motorway as you'd expect but brilliant on windy B roads as it's extremely light and direct, and there's no power steering, ABS or anything. Being mid-engined there's also sod-all cargo capacity. Basically it makes my Eunos look positively practical, but I had a lot of fun driving it around for 3 weeks in the summer of 2012.
At various times moving house:
A full (30 year) collection of "Classic & Sportscar" magazines in a 1967 Daimler V8 250
A 270 litre aquarium in a Mk3 Fiesta (empty of course - the fish went in smaller containers)
A full size, double bed type fouton (with mattress) in a Saab 900 Turbo
No pics, sadly.
