What favourite or odd combinations have people seen?
I wonder how they would affect values.
In the world of Dinky Toys some unusual combinations appeared.
The two-tone cars are often more valuable than single colours.

Range Rover SVA came with a two tone paint job for a while. Looked very smart.

Might be alone in this, but to young for any of the above varieties!

Was this some kind of special edition? Have seen a few of these about (not so much nowadays!) and I always wonder I myself!

A black tone and a white tone, therefore two tone. Unless someone is claiming that's just a stripe?

(Think yourself lucky it wasn't a picture of a black and white R8 supercar. biggrin)

The P5 always looked good with a 2 tone paint job.

What is the default line for the divide in a two tone then? I'd say it was somewhere between the bumper line and the window line, like the Abarth and the Golf above. A coloured roof like a Mini Cooper or a Citroen DS3 isn't two tone, it's a coloured roof. Then there's a coloured roof and pillars, or coloured below the bumper line? Technically I suppose its two colours but I wouldn't call it two tone.

Ford Orion 1.6i Ghia. Black plastic bumpers and lower sides. Ford did this a lot in the 80's and 90's with this, the Sierra XR4i, the Mk5 Escort LX. Does black plastic count as a two tone?

BMW i3S. Black roof, pillars and bonnet.
