As an original deposit holder, preorders are now open, the price has increased to £35k!
What does everyone think about this?
Im torn between getting this or holding out for a battery caterham, I have 72 hours to commit to purchase.
I doubt I’d loose much cash if I did buy it and then sold it on ?

Had to chuckle when I saw the price in the email myself, £6k is the sort you might spend on a decent Mk1 MX5 as a second fun car, £35k not so much.

I pulled my deposit shortly after placing it. Plus half the fun of this thing would have been building it, the fact it comes fully assembled would ruin that fun too.

I’d have thought it’d be a very hard sell on the used market to be honest..

I don't know, I can imagine the first few to sell at a premium to the Collecting Cars hoorays who have to have the latest shiny toy.

After that however...
