I am not employed by those companies although I had an involvement there for a couple of years. I have seen the drawings and fit out spec for the penthouses, produced by the same design team as the rest of the scheme. If the buyer were to have to pay £70+m for his fit out, I suspect he would use his own people. Besides, can you see anyone paying nearly £7000 a sqft for a concrete floor and some curtain walling.

The details say its a 2 floor unit so its not penthouse C, which is 3 floors. It could be A or D, both of which have fit out in progress or it could be B which was previously unsold. That much I don't know.

They didn't give a firm commitment, but expected Sep next year.

They'll be taking £15k deposits from people on the list soon, to be followed by another £15k when it's specced.
