There's more chance of them calling at his door to buy it.

Where the number plate FKJ 601L is clearly visible on the documents, can't the DVLA just register it as scrapped or put a marker on that registration?

I doubt it from any of the decent long term members wink

Lad on there recently tried to sell the V5 & ID for a Cat B Mk1 Focus RS which he'd stripped for parts & had the shell crushed, claiming he was "young" & "didn't know it was illegal" rolleyes This coming from a family of Ford fanatics that had a feature on their cars in Fast Ford earlier in the year.

He pretty much got told he'd get lynched by every other FRS owner if he ever attended a show & surprisingly hasn't been back on the forum since wink

I think qualifies. I can't see a way to report it from the eBay app though so if someone else could do the honours:

http://bit.ly/1fULiPU

Hopefully the link works as this was also taken from the app!

That's blatant and so many kits cars end up on the road bypassing the SVA/IVA due to pricks like this it's a wonder he thinks he can get away with it. rolleyes

Have you lot seen this by the way? From another thread on the Classic Car forum. You might be surprised at the bidding!

Slam bidding?

No bids on it at all now and ended early due to an error in the listing! (ha)

Good and I do hope awe get every one in time. Son of a friend of mine has bought a supposed Banham Sprite for far too much money. Not a Banham still registered as 1000cc Mini. Never been reregistered and now the VOSA/DVLA want an inspection to consider amending the registration and he cannot get garages to MOT the car because it is clearly not a 1000cc Mini. I can see this ending badly which is a pity for the innocent buyer. Having seen that car I cannot see an inspection going well it is dreadful bodily and mechanically and the "chassis" is about as strong as tissue paper. Complete rebuild IMO but I am keeping schtum till the DVLA pronounce their verdict. Miserable robbing bds are still about in vehicle sales. With the rare genuine trader.

All reported, the Mini and the L200 have been removed either by eBay or the seller.

Why is the C70 log book listed for more than the bike would be worth? scratchchin

Not a clue it does seem odd. Maybe there is a qualifying class or similar obscure value in the V5 of a non existent Honda bike of that age. Or maybe the seller is a tw-t. I suspect the latter.
