Now I question... When said idiot returns to that car, will it not register that maybe aforementioned idiot should have parked properly? Or will he/she just key the side of the other idiots car before driving off?
Do you know? if I was the blue car driver, and that that was the only space left in the car park, I wouldn't park that close to the other car whether they had parked correctly or not, which I think their parking isn't that bad.

Blue driver = moron

If I was in my snotter I'd park where that blue car was definitely - it's in the lines unlike the other car!

The white car is also in the white lines, join the moron club then biggrin In or out, would you really park that close, c'mon be honest? If the answer is a definate yes, then you can definately join the moron club.

Think about this also, the white car is "over" the white line, which it wasn't, so you have to park with your offside over your white line, facing in as in the pic, you return to find a car parked within his lines putting his near side 3 inches from you offside, would you be happy with this! guess not, so think about it.

He's sitting in the car, is he not just waiting for someone to come out?

I'm sure he'd move if a car needed access.....right?
That was when he had returned, what the pic doesn't show is his front bumper touching the hedge (so blocking the entire path)
