Only one was built, it seems. It started as an experiment ('what else can we do with the ZIS-101 limousine'), then the plant director made it a showcase and a 'gift to the state' for the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the revolution. The car disappeared during ww2.

I saw one of those in a supermarket carpark about an hour ago in a random polish village. (Dąbrowa Biskupia) My wife was in awe of it until she noticed the Fiat badge. Looked quite Japanese to be fair and after checking Google it's a mitsubishi with a fiat badge
Nice looking thing in all fairness for what it is and not that far removed from that Merc/Navara thing.
