I was certain w/ that Merc that they must have got right under the hood and turbo'd it. Surely no one would put that many turbo badges on without doing that.

How wrong I was. And sorry pal, no way has the police stopped you three times just to say how nice the car looks.

hehe I can't stop laughing at it - even though they've got an awesome 6.3 they still stick "bi-turbo" and "turbo" stickers all over it too. Just incredible..

Does anybody want a previously written off 21 year old Vectra with a few dings and scrapes for a whisker under £4000? Admittedly very low miles, but not sure a low spec silver Vectra is quite a collectable yet.

Apparently been for sale since June 2020, big surprise I know but it may well have been posted before, but I can't remember seeing it.

Where do you even start with crap like this ?

I'm guessing it owes them nothing so they just keep it parked up and advertised for a few years in the hope they hook a victim ?

Not exactly an overpriced car, but I thought the going rate for a scrap alloy was about a fiver. They want fifty quid for the most welded wheel probably ever. Cannot believe anyone has the neck to sell this at all. Also can't imagine how you mess up a wheel this badly in the first place. Did they drive down a flight of stairs like in the movies?

Original G Wagens still command big money, but even so, this is comedy central.

- 200,000 miles
- "Rusting in all the common places"
- No engine or gearbox

"You can fit diesel or petrol engine if needed"

I'm having a hard time coming up with a scenario where the engine is not needed. I guess you could use it as a slightly overkill doorstop, as long as the handbrake works.

I would have thought 'electric' would have been the best option for that. scratchchin

'Purple' E39 530i SE

Guaranteed insurance value is £7300 and it's 'only going to go up'

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/154529713263?hash=item2...

Eh; what am I missing?!

Ok it's an individual colour; but still hearing aid beige interior; naff aftermarket head unit, 'custom' OEM steering wheel and sat on Style 33s (only good for winter tyres IMO)

Poor bodywork and paintwork needs a fair bit of work...
