Yes and no. 2 S sits on retention, as does 1 K. 1 F sits on the same black focus as it has done for many years, yet many pictures show it on a Audi. My understanding is that the fake/cloned 1 K and 1 F are used by the same family in..... Birmingham

I checked on USA 1 and USA 2 but they don't come up on the DVLA site.

Any idea if they actually might be used by the USA embassy in the UK in some way ?

Iirc embassy/diplomatic plates are not recorded on the DVLA database the public use for obvious reasons.
