I love it when people do their best to blame their st driving on anyone but themselves, its cold, its icy, its snowy, maybe drive to the conditions?

That's the second or third time I've seen you post that comment. What's with the breasfeeding obsession?
Maybe he was denied titties as a baby. And ever since!

It states that no arrests were made? Hopefully they'll come knocking once they see the footage his mate has posted.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING
Yes the seats in the back of a Conti are tiny...
Sounds like the ethic twang of a Mr. Bindit Randakorna

When you drive in a snowy country you don't expect a stationary vehicle on the blind side of a hill. Even with studded tyres it takes time to stop. If you drive everywhere expecting the worst there'll be plenty of irate drivers behind you!

Ever driven anywhere like Sweden?

This is so horrible, the car is smacked in the front and then in the rear, you see what looks like a little girls backpack rolling along.

very upsetting frown
One lady in the car, who survived.

How is it the 'deadliest' crash, if nobody died?
It was worse than that, it was the most deadliest!

I'm surprised you weren't tearing the driver a new one what with not being able to stop in the distance he could see to be clear wink

The adults thought the kid was gone there! Too close, 8 lives left.

Christ, were they the parents ?

I would (and have) be running to try to get the child clear and taken the hit myself, rather than turn my back and cringe.

Unbelievable.

Children slipping the leash though, it happens, and it's scary.

Perfectly positioned for speed, or safety? As a cyclist, which one is most important, especially on a public road? scratchchin
For safety. You position yourself for maximum visibility going into the bend.
SAFE..... wtf ?...at the speed the cyclists were going towards an unsighted corner, not clever

Just STUPID but typical of "groups" like this. Road racing on ANY form of transport is dangerous

Car driver is poor as well.
"Car driver is poor as well" rofl

They're all coasting you plonker.
I cycle 100 to 200 miles every week, and that was st cycling. It was st driving too, but this is what happens when st driving and st cycling meet.

Damn, if that was my kid I'd have got between the car and the kid and taken the impact not turned and hid my face. Disgusting parents.

This happened to me about 8 years ago, driving past the entrance to a park and about 3 mothers with 6/7 kids stood at the entrance, something clicked in my head as I got closer and I slowed to about 20mph, just as I got level with the people a lad of about 5 or 6 pegged it across the road, his mother screamed and he stopped just intime to bounce of my door mirror! I asked if he was alright but his mother was dragging him back to the path giving his ass an almighty slap telling him "don't ever do that again!"

It does happen, it happen to my wife last week. Our stupid 2 1/2 year old decided it would be fun to pull away his hand and run into a busy car park. My wife was in shock after. Kid's do daft things, we can't see what control the child had in the above video but lets face it, kids can be dumb.

I'll stop with sweeping generalisations when you stop avoiding the awkward questions wink
Good luck - I asked for an answer to a question four times without success. He's now stopped responding to any of my posts now for fear that I'll bring up the fact that he keeps evading it.

So, every cloud and all that hehe

When I almost hit a kid the mother not only didn't do that but started ranting and raving at ME.

She was walking along the verge with her kid nearest the road and was texting on her phone when, as my spideysense predicted, the little nob made a break for freedom with no warning whatsoever.

As I'd slowed down even more because I'd seen the risk AND having just come round a sharp 90 degree corner I wasn't going very fast. Still almost caugt him though. She then rants and raves about me speeding. Silly bint

Agreed. I still wasn't going to sit there and take it and soon put her straight! hehe

There was a proper little witches coven going on in the playground as I left, all pointy fingers and evil stares at the nasty speeding taxi driver. biggrin
