Audi S3 (8P) facelift prices are still £14k+ and some are 7+ years old now. The balck editions are 18k+ which is just ridiculous for a 6-7 year old A3 frown
I had an 8P black edition, God I lost so much money on that as I only kept it for a year, bought nearly new April 2011 for £3?k honestly can't remember exactly how much. Sold in March 2012 for about £25k I think. I was young....

People are naturally able to ask whatever price they wish when they sell their vehicle. But 10,000 for a clown's polo with 180k on is either sheer greed or otherwise the vendor is a heavy crack cocaine smoker.
Obvious typo

I posted that Harlequin polo a while back and it's not a typo!
Original ad had a "yes, the price is £10,000"

Glad it's not just me who thinks that's cowboy stuff.

As kindly pointed out it obviously wasn't. There isn't a typo or grammatically error in the whole advert. The man who drafted that checked and double checked the wording. To not double check the most important item (price) would have been completely at odds with his meticulous approach. Elementary my dear Quhet.

Should it not be cheaper as panel damage is not an issue for colour match? Or am I missing a point here.

Good lord. There are 2 Harlequin polos at £10k.
Somebody was off their rocker and someone else joined them.

This isn't quite as mental but seeing as there's no 'fairly overpriced' threads...

Yes it looks clean underneath but in the strange parallel universe where a mk3 fez is worth 5 thousand pounds,
Id at least want the scuffs and dings in the bumpers sorting out and id expect it to be sat on something better than shiny chinese ditchfinders rofl

It's not a dent, it's a compression! Any fool knows that dents knock money off a car, whilst compressions add money rolleyes

And that extra tenner a corner spent on rubber makes a big compression in your profit margin

At this price, I'd hope for an interior furnished in secret unobtanium, given advantageous lease prices eek

http://usedcars.volkswagen.co.uk/Golf-GTI/GTD/R/GT...

Please let me pay 10k+ over what I can buy a newer model for, let alone occasional slightly silly lease prices.

I think you're way off on that and it's certainly not worthy of this thread. Good E39 sports easily go for that money. If it's as good as the advert says then that will sell.

I think your right especially when low mileage E39 M5's are creeping up to £40K........!

Have we had this one yet? £5.5K for a 1.6 Primera?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-Primera-LSX-/1918...

OK, it's low mileage, but it should be, it hasn't been driven for 10 years at least. What the hell would you do with it if you bought it? It's not even the 'desirable' model of the range.

And reading 'yes, just 5400 miles!!!!!!' in the ad that many times made me want to poke my own eyes out.
