Yup- I snapped a photo of 7N on the Evoque in Nailsea earlier this year too. I hadn't seen a single single for about 30 years until that point (regularly saw 8K on a Vauxhall Monza in Chester may moons ago). Single singles do look rather special

That belongs to Nottingham Office Equipment, or at least it used to. They also have/had 2 NOE. I think they might've had a few more at one time.

I've seen 2 NOE on a slightly chaved up ford connect van with Nottingham Office Equipment sign writing so think you're right should have put two and two together really doh!
